Chester Patton

Chester is the East Coast sales manager of Keenan Glass Incorporated. He’s in his mid-40s, has an eye for the ladies and a good line in patter. He has never been married but he yearns for a family. He’s good at his job and best friends with the owner of the company, Hank Keenan, with whom he served in WWII. There was an incident in which Hank saved Chester’s life by dragging him to safety after he was shot in the left shoulder, for which Chester has always felt he owed Hank. Hank also gave Chester a job after the war. Chester is right-handed.

Doris Keenan

Doris is a housewife in her mid-40s, married to Hank Keenan, owner of Keenan Glass Incorporated. She is an emotionless sociopath who hides behind a facade of smiles and middle class behaviour, but in reality is ruthless in her pursuit of anything she decides she wants. Her disdain for others is strong but well-hidden. She’s able to make Hank do whatever she wants him to, and she does. Hank and Doris had a daughter, Evangeline, who died while still a baby.

Hank Keenan

Hank is the owner and director of Keenan Glass Incorporated. He is in his 50’s, successful and easy-going. He’s married to Doris, ten years his junior, and generally does what she wants him to do, for a quiet life. He is best friends with Chester Patton, with whom he served in WWII. Hank was awarded the Silver Star after saving Chester’s life by dragging him to safety after he was shot. Hank also gave Chester a job after the war. Hank and Doris had a daughter, Evangeline, who died while still a baby. Hank feels the grief every day. Hank is left-handed.

Officer Nutall

Alison Nuttall is a special agent in the FBI white-collar crime squad. She specialises in investigating company embezzlement, and is an experienced undercover operative. She is in her late 30s, pretty, and likes to blow off steam. She is a passionate person, quick to anger but also to calm down. She likes to practice breath play, or erotic asphyxiation, but is still quite new to it.

Secretaries Margaret & Anne

Margaret is in her late 50s and is Chester’s secretary, and a good one. She cares deeply for Chester but purely platonically; she has her own family. She is also Chester’s confidant, and knows about his indiscretions. She fusses over him like a nurse.

Anne is Hank's secretary and has a few lines with Chester.
